It depends on what the team is already committed to, and we'll give you a real date on the first call. We're a small senior team, not an agency with a bench — so the honest answer is sometimes "not for a few weeks", and occasionally "not at all, here's who else could help".
Can we interview before committing?+
Yes. Interviews are free. If the fit's wrong we re-propose other candidates.
Are these your employees or freelancers?+
All engagements are routed through RMC under UK contracts. You get one invoice, one point of accountability, one IP assignment.
What happens if a team member is sick or leaves?+
We backfill. The engagement continues; you don't lose continuity. SLAs include this.
