These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and services of RMC Technology & Consultancy Limited (company number 12084911, registered office: 17 Green Lanes, London, N16 9BS, United Kingdom). By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

RMC provides custom software development, AI transformation, and on-demand engineering teams. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access
• You must not introduce malware or attempt to disrupt service
• You must not scrape or reproduce content without permission

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by RMC or its licensors and protected by UK and international IP laws. Service deliverables are governed by the IP terms in your SOW.

Information shared during enquiry, discovery, or delivery is treated as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any sensitive information is exchanged.

Productised packages are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. On-demand teams are billed monthly in arrears. All invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. The website is provided "as is" without any further warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
